The home has two separate living areas. The main entranceway opens to a sitting room offering peaceful views of the waterway and direct access to the sun deck. This area offers a relaxing atmosphere and “quiet” area away from the main family room. Next to the sitting room is an attractive dining area with stylish modern furnishings, ideal for casual dining or for that special romantic celebration.
The main family room offers a second spacious living area with ample seating for six and a large wide screen TV. Retractable sliding doors allow for the Florida outdoor lifestyle to be fully integrated with the indoors. The family room also enjoys beautiful open views of the waterway and access directly to the pool and sun deck. The Interior design blends the informal Floridian lifestyle with a distinct casual waterfront atmosphere.

De beheerder was uitstekend, hij belde om ervoor te zorgen dat we waren aangekomen en alles werkte. Het huis was erg schoon en comfortabel en had alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben voor een verblijf / vakantie.

Juli 2024 - Key Largo SW Cape De woning overtreft alle verwachtingen!!! Prachtig ingericht en gedecoreerd huis met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een spectaculaire vakantie! Verwarmd zwembad en spa gewoon een extra bonus. Locatie is vlakbij restaurants, supermarkt en winkels. 2 ongerepte witte zandstranden. Derde bezoek, zou dit mooie huis zeker weer boeken!

Key Largo - Zuidkaap Prachtig huis, perfecte locatie! Alles was precies zoals het op de foto's stond. Mijn familie zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen. Na een vermoeiende dag met vertraagde vluchten en aankomst midden in de nacht, liepen we dit prachtige huis binnen met zachte verlichting en spelende muziek! Perfecte locatie, alles was geweldig.

Juli 2023 - Key Largo - Cape Coral Ons verblijf op het landgoed was vredig en ontspannend. We hebben allemaal genoten van het zwembad en het huis dat er beter uitziet dan op de foto's. We konden elke avond een prachtige zonsondergang zien. Dichtbij/op loopafstand van de plaatselijke supermarkt was ook een pluspunt. Ik zou aanraden om hier te verblijven🙂

April 2022 - Key Largo - SW Cape Coral We vonden het heerlijk om in dit prachtige huis te verblijven! Het was brandschoon en had alles wat je maar kon bedenken. Het kanaal en de buitenruimte waren prachtig, het zwembad (met zonne-energie verwarmd tot in de perfectie) en het bubbelbad waren geweldig! We hebben dagelijks buiten gegeten. De omgeving van Cape Coral was geweldig en er was zoveel te doen. Ik ben een vogelaar en de holenuilen in de stad zijn prachtig! Sanibel is dichtbij en er zijn veel parken en reservaten. Ik heb elke dag gewandeld! Het restaurant Lobster Lady is het beste... we kochten sushi en verse vis om thuis te koken... hun kreeftenbisque is zo lekker! Publix is letterlijk aan de overkant van de straat. Dallas was geweldig... makkelijk om mee te praten, zeer deskundig en maakte ons verblijf zo aangenaam. Inchecken was een fluitje van een cent en er zijn informatieboeken over dingen in de omgeving die je kunt bekijken. De luchthaven van Punta Gorda ligt op 40 minuten rijden. Dit was een geweldige vakantie en we zouden er zeker weer verblijven! Heel erg bedankt dat we konden ontspannen in jullie kleine stukje paradijs!
