June 2024 Island House - SW Cape We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect. Our family made wonderful memories. This is a beautiful and spacious home. It was spotless, had plenty of towels and everything you needed. Our family loved the pool and the views from the dock. We would highly recommend and cannot wait to stay again.

April 2023 - Island House - Cape Coral Perfect Getaway Home. The listing description says it all. We loved our time at this beautiful home. We found it to be very spacious and clean. Walking in was like a dream after our long journey. We had great weather during our stay, so we’re able to enjoy many days sitting by the pool. The heated pool was perfect and the water was crystal clear. It was wonderful having a view of the canal . The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. We especially loved the large main bed and bathroom suite. The management company were very easy to communicate with, but we didn’t really have to ask for much because the house came with everything that we needed including beach towels and beach chairs for our time at the beach. We’d love to return soon and highly recommend staying here to any one who’s considering it in the future!

April 2021 - Island House - SW Cape A wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and there were also plenty of beach towels and even toys for the kiddies for the pool and beach. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely dock. It was also close to some awesome restaurants.

It’s close to attractions but the pool and patio area make it hard to even want to leave! I would love to be able to go back again next summer!

June 2022 - Island House - South Cape After spending a wonderful week at this property last summer, my family and I booked another week this summer and once again, we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful home with absolutely everything a vacationing family might need. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, the home is clean, the pool is clear and beautiful - I can’t say enough good things! We hope to visit for a third time in 2023!!

May 2021- Island House - SW Cape Place is an oasis! Place was so nice I decided to propose to my girlfriend on the private dock and will now have a beautiful memory with my soon to be wife. I'll definitely be coming back for more visits. Gentleman at the office gave me lots of great info for things to do in town.
